The way he bought and sold the homes for his customers was as if he was doing it for himself!                It is my pleasure to recommend Ron Hamad as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home, sell or rent their property. I met Ron in 2005 when I was desperate to rent out my single-family house. I was working out of the country at the time and had to leave within a month. Ron was kind enough to take up the responsibility not only to rent the house but also to ensure the place was in a rent-able shape. He made sure that proper painting, flooring, ceiling in the basement etc. were fixed. Even after I left the country, he updated me with progress in a daily basis via email. He then rented the place for me in a very short time. The tenant stayed for years! Ron, again, went out of his way to do the same in 2008. In my absence, he checked tenant’s credentials and rented to a decent family who is still renting the place!

Two years ago, my two bedroom condo was vacant and I contacted Ron to help. Within a month, he was able to rent it. And the tenant is still renting.

I find Ron to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if I was his only customers, although I know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. Beyond his professional manners, I find Ron to have a great personality. Ron gives me always a sincere and honest advices. He makes sure that I get the right tenants. I can almost say that he has the sixth senses when selecting tenants!

          When I started to look for a second house in 2009 and I needed a real estate agent, I decided to work with Ron and I never looked back. My wife and I were a looking for a house and every time we asked Ron for a showing or for a listing he never failed us and he provided us with exactly what we asked for. He never pressured us but always had our interests in mind. I cannot praise his patience enough it took us almost 3 years to find the house we wanted and during all that time Ron was at our side never showing any frustration but always courteous and professional.                 My wife and contacted Ron while searching for our new home years ago.  We have never met nor conducted any business with Ron in the past, so I thought it was faith, if you will, that brought us to him.
